We honour the life and legacy of Mohan Hirabai Hiralal, a visionary who inspired countless communities to embrace the transformative power of the Gram Sabha, and uphold community stewardship. As we remember him and his efforts, let us commit to take his legacy forward by enabling strong and informed institutions for participatory local governance, while concertedly nurturing the democratic principles he upheld and cherished.
