We should all do this more often and I'm happy to take the opportunity now to celebrate some of the incredible growth of our team here at Flix Entertainment | Flix Brewhouse | Cinema Breweries. Our team is second to none and if there were an equivalent to Battle of the Network Stars (aging myself much) for hospitality leadership, I'd put our team against any other out there. On behalf of myself, David Meillier, Chris Randleman, Simon Dodsworth, Peter Lichtor,Kari Schimpf, and the rest of our leadership team, I've very excited to celebrate the growth of some of our support team as well as one wonderful new addition. Each of these folks is integral and we're happy to see them continue to flourish and grow! First off, congrats to Joy Alexander, MBA, SHRM-SCP! She recently earned her SHRM certification and is adding to her role here at Flix by not only being payroll and benefits manager extraordinaire but also supporting our people team along with Anah Chapman and Samantha Lawrence. Neha Patil has been instrumental in process improvement and become a huge support for Kari and we're happy to announce her very much deserved promotion to Assistant Controller. This freed Anthony Hernandez up to expand his role and become a more watchful eye on the financial planning & analysis front in his new role as Manager of FP&A. From pizza dough cost analysis to cash flow statements, it's good to have his watchful eye and attention on the critical details. Meanwhile, Isaac Navarrete is stepping up as our Software Development manager and he is beyond valuable to Peter and our technology team. His talent is boundless and we are already seeing huge progress via his creative and savvy approach to some of our technological challenges. Leslie Gonzalez has worn almost every hat in Flix frontline operations and has been an incredible addition to Summer Hasan's team in Marketing and we're happy to celebrate her move into the Marketing Coordinator role where her creativity and drive has and will continue to enhance our marketing capabilities. Josey Jaramillo has proven invaluable to Sarah Bock - McGowan and Chris and will continue to be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests in her new role as Event Sales Manager. And Briana Flock recently joined us as our Payroll & Operations Coordinator and is already proving to be the perfect addition to Joy and Lauren on our payroll team. We are lucky to have each of these impressive individuals on our team and if anyone wants to battle, name the time, the place, and we'll be there, ready to go. 😉
