Helping Growth Orgs find their next Full-time & Fractional Leaders | The Original "Free Agent"- 7+ Years and Counting
Every company I speak with has the same issue. They struggle to find talent. Either they cannot find the talent they need, the talent is not good enough, or the talent is too expensive. News flash- there is an abundance of eager talent in the marketplace. Perhaps the system you are leveraging to attract candidates and move them through the process is the real culprit. Slow processes and poor candidate experience seem to be the underlying theme with companies that struggle the most. What’s the fix? Clear expectation setting, coupled with a standard process, defined timelines, and a candidate feedback loop. Yes, it’s that simple. A long interview process is palatable for most candidates if the process and timelines are clearly communicated. So- outline a process, create a standard for feedback and communication, keep a candidate up to speed on where they are in the process, and you will start converting more candidates to employees. Yes, it’s that simple.

This approach ensures that we're not just pushing CVs but presenting individuals who are a perfect fit for your specific requirements. By far the best experience with a recruiter I have had!" This is why we practice Thoughtful Recruitment. ------------------------- Thoughtful recruitment: Investing time in relationships to consider what the right talent solution is for you. In Talent, we all know, or at least should know... When interviewing, a candidate gets a glimpse of what their experience would be if they were to become apart of the organization. This is critical for hiring teams to keep in mind.. from the recruiters to the hiring managers. Everyone must be on the same page in order to create the most positive, respectful experience possible. Candidates have hunches just like hiring teams have hunches. It isn't a one-way street. When we do our best to minimize any negative experience and create a realistic reflection of what it's like to work at the organization you're hiring for, it's much better for all involved. #Recruitment #TalentAcquisition

Finding top hospitality talent globally | Headhunter | Ex-Michelin Star Manager | Advocate for fair work in hospitality
If your organization isn’t a top-quality place to work, you’re not going to recruit top talent. We are mistaken thinking that hiring process starts from writing a job advert and looking at CV’s. The real hiring process starts from understanding the DNA of your company and from figuring out whether your organisation is a place where top talent is rewarded accordingly, and where they can flourish. Two questions you should ask are: 1️⃣Is my organisation giving talented people what they need to succeed? 2️⃣How can I get out of the way so they can succeed? It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.
