CELEBRATING A CULTURE OF LEARNING WITH PROJECT LAKSHYA. The first batch of the Executive Development Program was completed successfully at Force Motors, in association with the SP Jain School of Global Management - Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore & Sydney, successfully completed the first batch of the Executive Development Program. 40 executives from Force Motors, Jaya Hind Industries and Force MTU benefited from the 7-day residential program, marking an important milestone in their professional journey. Participants engaged in rigorous coursework for 7 days covering different areas of management such as Strategic, Financial, People and Performance, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc. These modules were curated to challenge conventional thinking, foster innovation, and deepen understanding of industry-specific challenges. Beyond the academic rigor, this program also integrated experiential learning components such as case studies, simulations, and the know-how of real-industry situations that will allow participants to apply newly acquired knowledge in simulated or actual business scenarios. Our people are our most valuable asset, and we believe in nurturing their personal and professional growth. On August 6, 2024, I completed my 28-year journey in the corporate world. It has been an incredible learning experience. Starting as a commercial trainee to reaching my current position and location, it has been a long but fascinating journey. I've worked across three different industries, managing operations from small site offices to a global level, and I have gained valuable knowledge and experience along the way. I've had the good fortune to work with competent teams and outstanding managers who helped me navigate the complexities of my career along this trip. Their guidance was priceless, and it motivated me to instill the same mindset in my juniors. I've always operated under the tenet that "an organization grows when its people grow," so I've placed a high value on empowering and training all levels of my team members and subordinates. From Siemens to the India Today Group to Access Financial, each role has deepened my knowledge and broadened my perspective, giving me a truly global outlook on business operations, finance, and strategic management. I've learned that adaptability, continuous learning, and a willingness to take on new challenges are the cornerstones of success. My leadership style has been shaped by overcoming obstacles and seizing opportunities, thanks to the transforming power of the challenges I've faced. My ambition is still as strong as ever as I lead and develop teams. My career path is a never-ending story of both individual and group accomplishments.
