With the Indiana legislature in session, it can be hard to keep up with what bills are being worked on and what they might mean for your community and values. If you're someone who cares about environmental issues in Indiana, I recommend keeping an eye on the Hoosier Environmental Council's bill-watching page. Better late than never
"We are calling on the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to hold GE fully responsible for cleaning up the remaining PCBs and restoring the health of our majestic Hudson River. In its upcoming 5-year review, the EPA must unequivocally declare a ‘not protective’ determination.” - Senator Michelle Hinchey Last week 48 members of the New York State Senate and Assembly sent a letter to EPA Administrator Michael Regan calling on the EPA to follow the science and do right by the Hudson River and our communities.
