How will AI change democracy? At the moment I wonder about the computer power, resource for power (and cooling and labour) currently required to run AI systems at scale. But there's plenty of people around me excited about how much their own work is already quicker and more efficient as a result of recent editions of chat GBT. They tell me next iterations will focus on running the services more efficiently so they are sustainable.
