It's time to update everyone! Here's what's going on at the Beachwood Helix Corporation. 1. We invented the Helix. The Helix is a price guide for energy assets. There are 17+ types of energy assets, and we use our quantum computing price guide to value all types of energy. 2. I converted my private server data into an asset listing site (exclusive, sourced by Beachwood, oil and gas deals). Complete with connection information and personal introductions to the asset owners. We integrated this information into the Helix. 3. We moved to 50 Penn Place, where we offer a non-bias third party location for closing, meeting and strategic planning. 4. We opened the Helix up to the public, and clients receive 3 custom sourced energy deals to review each month, with an option to review more. 5. We have started to hire individual agents, who use the system of deals and the price guide to start their own business development firms (similar to insurance agents with a book of business). 6. The Helix uses a step-by-step model, solving variances of external circumstances in real time, updating risk allocation levels and geographic boundaries based on client requirements. 7. The first class of agents starts tomorrow, and we plan to hire 30 agents by Christmas.

Recently, I spoke with colleagues who had been told that brownfield modernization couldn’t be done and that to achieve our goals, "everything" needs to be set up from scratch. However, I disagree 😲 This challenge isn't only about upgrading technology; it's about dismantling organizational, communication, and mindset barriers. Modernization is far more than automation scripts. Clear communication and early stakeholder involvement are pivotal, easing transitions and bridging skill gaps. A holistic view is essential to align efforts and tear down silos. We start with small, incremental implementations, addressing one component at a time to ensure smooth transitions, minimize risks, and ensure business continuity. Integrating security measures from day one of modernization — particularly through automation — enhances security granularity and fortifies our systems against evolving threats. Equally crucial is aligning and communicating transparently and effectively with teams managing integrated systems. Each step in this journey provides invaluable insights. By leveraging these insights and fostering open communication, we can transform legacy systems into agile, modern, and secure environments.
