The Neurodiversity Research Initiative event "Let's Make the Rules: A Game Creation Experience" took place on April 5th at the Design Innovation Hub (DI Hub). The afternoon of April 5th was filled with fun, games, and community as the students interested in neurodiversity gathered to explore game creation for a purpose at the "Let's Make the Rules" event. This Neurodiversity Research Initiative event, made possible with funding from the Brain Health Research Institute and supported by Design Innovation, allowed KSU college students to work alone and together to design and create games. They celebrated their creations with all participating, leading to new connections in a student-friendly space, with lots of laughs. This was the first, but will not be the last, event designed by and for neurodivergent KSU students and their allies.
