very interesting summary. I guess the most difficult is to work out the methodology of bringing the ECHR case law closer to the young people (as mentioned in video) It can be done be the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe along with the adaptation for the local and regional authorities. and - last but not least - the social rights shouldn't be forgotten!
