As we prepare for resumption, educators need to be patient. That means staying calm and understanding, especially when you are guiding children. If educators are not patient, it can be frustrating to help children properly. You will do a great job with children when you are patient. This quality makes it easier to explain things and helps everyone learn better. Also, it makes the classroom an enjoyable place, which can make learning more fun for everyone. I always advise educators at our training sessions to constantly WEAR THE COAT OF PATIENCE when working with children. Educators must be patient to: 🎯support each child's unique learning rhythm 🎯support each child's progress 🎯guide children through errors without discouraging them 🎯answer all questions asked 🎯bring children back on track without frustration 🎯allow children the time and space to explore ... What other things should educators exercise patience with? Feel free to add to the list Did you observe how the little girl coughed? #montessorisocialgraceandcourtesy Learning is a journey. Progress might not be immediate but it will gradually show over time. Let’s wear the coat of patience! ...uncovering the child's learning potential Have a fruitful Term! Much Love❤️ 😍 💖 Ijeoma Edith Opah The Montessori Queen #thepinenest #thepinenestmontessoritrainingcentre #coatofpatience #socialgraceandcourtesy #montessori #authenticmontessoricentre #greenseries #foldercards #sentencecards #storybooklet

In Montessori education, children begin their journey to writing by tracing letters. This hands-on approach initiates the muscular training needed for writing, blending touch and movement to make learning engaging and effective. #MontessoriMethod #EarlyEducation #LearningThroughPlay #HandsOnLearning #WritingSkills

While there is disagreement about focusing on the strengths of Dyslexia in the families of Australians with Specific Learning Disorders, I have worked in this area for over 10 yrs and have seen first hand these different thinking skills. I love the big picture approach, the dot connecting power, the creativity and problem solving skills I see in these children when we take away the stress and challenges of literacy and let them flourish. I see them thrive: - with telling or acting stories (for narrative writing) - by drawing their understanding of a topic - through making things to solve a STEM problem - by letting them tour the new student (who is nervous and scared) around school because they have the skills to connect and relate. Each student with Dyslexia is different. Everyone is different. If, as educators and adults, we take the time to look beyond the difficulties, beyond the literacy data, and see them for who they are, WE can model to them how to be strengths-focused and thrive 🙏🧠💪🫶 #dyslexiaismysuperpower #poweredbyADHD #understandinglearningdifficulties

Maximizing Scalability & Profitability for Social Impact Leaders - Optimized Operations - Streamlined SOP's
Do you or someone you know have dyslexia or have another form of neurodiversity? 3 of 5 in my household are dyslexic. Many on our client roster have one flavor or another of neurodiversity too. I have a strong appreciation for the different ways people think and process information. It's one of the reasons I founded Calm Ops. My team and I are detail people. We love to line up the proverbial dominos and help our clients untangle their mental spaghetti. The people we work with are creative, visionary, big picture thinkers! Sometimes this means details or the linear type thinking that's helpful when outlining processes can feel overwhelming or outside of their zone of genius. We help by breaking large projects into bite-sized action plans, simplifying complex processes, and creating digestible resources so everyone on your team has what they need to succeed. Getting to combine our strengths for process thinking with the visionary talents of our clients is how we work together to move mountains! What are your mental super powers? #neurodiverseworkplace #socialenterprise #
