Belonging – on our own terms – is key to bridging gaps. From pronouns and style choices to corporate values and community activism, showing up in the world with the power of individual authenticity creates a stronger collective. And at Gap Inc., that means inclusion for all remains central to every way we show up as a company. Old Navy's retail experience is all about bringing joy and magic to our customers each day, and our employees embody these same qualities behind the scenes. After all – what's work without some play? For Pride month this year we wanted to put the spotlight on the people that bring Old Navy to life and joined some team members for an epic photoshoot and a peek into how they celebrate (and style!) Pride – including what sparks joy and infuses everyday magic. Click through for some highlights and visit the link below for the full story! #GapInc #PrideMonth https://lnkd.in/gimdwYut

My very first job was at GAP, in 1999! I worked for the brand for many, many, years and then in more recent years at Old Navy in various roles. From the second I walked in as a 16 year old employee in 1999 to now “just” being a customer (and biggest brand fan), GAP Inc. was always home. Safe. Welcoming. Ahead of its time. Old Navy, and all Gap Inc. employees are amazing and do amazing work for the communities they are in. Thank you for being such a tremendous support to your employees and customers!
