A huge thanks to Martin Cattach and Steven Emms for co-sponsoring our sales strategy Conversation. We want our members to succeed when deals com etheir way. Topics like client indecision, empathy, reviving dead deals, and phone fear were discussed. By unanimous decision this subject will be a quarterly fixture at The Club. Thanks also to the contributions of Widiana Setiawan, Anthony Cooper, Robert Sayegh, Rob Martin, Dan Sheehan, Jon Kenfield, Michael Lykowski, Penny M. and Dino Bravin. The winner of 'The Days Nugget' goes to Martin Cattach. When the deal is done the most valuable question you can ask is, 'What's the most important question I didn't ask'? #salesstrategies #financesales

D2C - Direct to Consumers Fmcg D2C companies often prides its consumer centricity and boasts quick growth line ups of e-com and Quick Com. Resultant, more often than not, puts the traditional trade - the most ancient channel, on its back burners. Often GTMT (General Trade and Modern Trade) is a tick in the box or a point on the investor deck. A company realises the need of Traditional trade only when the growth engine starts simmering from their celebrated channel and lacks to push up the growth numbers to match expectations of the valuation game. Very few understands the true potential of the channel, even fewer has the patience to deal with this big elephant. While some venture in it - mostly GTMT finds itself in a remote uncelebrated corner of the office. A sad reality which drives the Fmcg scenario in India today. Luckily, I rubbed my shoulders with Vikas and Rithish a duo who understands the need of an Omni-Channel presence, eager to adapt, happy to push, willing to think and hold their patience to get the right strategy in place for a sustainable future. This embedded video is a celebration of win of Sales Officers, ASM and RSMs. Does it start and end with it? For most it is, but who works in strategy will know this is a strategy of making a channel relevant, curving out a place of importance for every channel. Celebrating success and now from the founder to a sales officer everyone is invested in the company's growth. Finally, its a great feeling when you see your team getting appreciated, honoured and celebrated by the founding team. Thanks to one and all and I am sure we will have more such lovely stories to tell to the world in the bright future to come. Pee Safe - Thanks for sharing
Pee Safe’s offline sales team is the backbone of our recent success and we had the pleasure of hosting them at our corporate office for a special day of appreciation for their performance in Q2. These individuals from across India directly engage with customers, adapt quickly to changes, and consistently surpass their targets despite facing numerous challenges. For many of our Pee Safe Champs, this experience marked several firsts- flying on a plane, attending a corporate gathering, and being recognized in front of their peers. Their dedication and commitment are truly inspiring, and their enthusiasm and drive is commendable. We are so happy to celebrate their achievements and share a glimpse of the memorable day! We celebrate this with each and every salesman, irrespective of brands and companies who are the unsung heroes. Arijit, Achsah, Rithish, Srijana,Dheeraj, Alka, Sanat, Aditya, Dr., Gopal, Nupur, Vishal, Nalini, Sapna, Hiteshi, Shivani, Madhulika, Yashica, Shikhar, Rainmatter by Zerodha, Alkemi Growth Capital, Ashima and others.

Co working spaces are evolving! I’ve tried a lot of them but always found the same experience. Coffee and snacks are great but there was no collaboration, networking, or fun conversations. People showed up but everyone just put on their headphones and sat quietly. I went from feeling isolated at home to feeling isolated in a public environment. Vince Beese reaching out and explaining how Sales HQ is different struck a cord immediately. “Imagine a Co Working space where people are learning, collaborating, and growing to be more productive, have better work results, and building your network with like minded individuals” In my first month, I’ve met other account executives, CEO’s, and CRO’s from different start ups. I’ve learned new and better ways to serve clients and my career. I've built a daily routine to keep me focused throughout the day and eliminate the distractions (getting out of the house was BIG for this). That feeling that you made the right choice that is validated daily is a powerful thing. Anyone in the Raleigh-Durham, RTP area that wants to see what Sales HQ is about. Come check it out for a free day. Yes we have free coffee and snacks here too! #sales #coworking #raleigh #durham #startups P.S. This isn't just for sales people, it's for anyone that works remote that wants to get out the bad habits from working at home and be part of a community!
Our first Founding Member meeting and our 1 month birthday. What a great group. So grateful to your support and shared vision for Sales HQ. Connor Hoyt Michael Dorman Brad McGinity Lee Whitley Larry Long Jr 🎤 Rey Perera Alec Peterson Michelle Eatherton

You're only as good as your next deal. Valuing your team’s wins in the moment can be tricky. I recently posted about some hard feedback I received during a 360-degree review several years ago. People said I was grumpy and not approachable. I didn’t want that type of reputation, so I worked on improving it to benefit both myself and the company. Today, as a leader, I would ask to understand what was happening if I saw the same actions on my team. At the time, I was working away in the trenches, just trying to get the deals done. I think it was a bit like being in a sales environment. When I started TerraPro Solutions, it was natural for me to move into sales because of my previous experience, not only with land deal negotiations but also with managing the stress that came from those deals. We were only as good as our next deal. It felt like, “Oh, good. We closed that deal. Okay, we have ten more over here.” There's danger in that. In an organization, you have to ensure that people always know that they're valued. You have to celebrate the wins that you make in the moment. You and your team are working on so many objectives that it’s hard to celebrate once you cross the finish line in a single moment. But we have to celebrate. We must be intentional about raising up our team. They have to know they can celebrate as well. Find time to celebrate today because there will always be another deal to tackle. How do you celebrate your wins?
