Our P-TECH students and mentors were onsite with General Motors Europe last week to learn about the world of autonomous vehicles. Camille Voisin, Snr. Manager Software Engineering, provided valuable insights into General Motor's driver assistance system ‘Super Cruise’, driverless taxis and deliveries. This was a fantastic opportunity for our students to gain knowledge about the future of transportation and get hands on experience networking and engaging with professionals in the automobile sector. A highlight was getting to test out some driving video games! It’s time to electrify EF Pro Cycling at the Tour de France. The all-electric Cadillac LYRIQ will take on the world’s biggest bike races as in-race support cars for the men’s and women’s teams - A first for the teams and the Tour. From Florence 🇮🇹 to Nice 🇫🇷 and from Rotterdam 🇳🇱 to Alpe d'Huez 🇫🇷 we’ll be along for the ride. Keep an eye out for EF Pro Cycling and LYRIQ in the upcoming Tour de France 2024.
