However, in addition to the aftermarket, my responsibility as Managing Director Lifecycle Solutions also includes the Special Original Equipment (SOE) division. This is where we offer specialized equipment for customer segments, such as trucks, buses and construction machinery. 🚛   What applies to both the aftermarket and SOE is that our actions always focus on specific customer needs. We’re not focused on developing the solution that will make us famous—even if that may happen! It's about developing the best solution ❗️ THAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS. ❗️ A subtle but important difference.   How do we know what our customers want and need? By listening, asking questions and exchanging ideas.
