5 Things every CS student should do .....If you want to of course😉 1 - Join clubs on campus: Joining clubs on campus is a great way to connect with peers, and demonstrate your leadership abilities 2 - Make/Update your Linkedin If you don't have a LinkedIn, make one. If you do, make sure its up to date( experience, education, profile picture etc...) 3 - Work on a personal project Projects showcase your skills, and help you build new ones as well as tell employers you actually know what your talking about (hopefully😉) 4 - Research and join communities Communities will help you network, and find opportunities and resources, don't underestimate the power of joining one. 5 - Take advantage of free resources to learn If you need to find a place to start, check out my recent posts where I list a bunch of rescues every CS student should know. Attendees experienced the power of LEGO® Serious Play® and Design Thinking/Collaborative Practices in leading change at their institutions.
