Not only do we think about how we implement 🧠 science into individual pieces of content for better performance, but we take your brand marketing blueprint and adapt it for all the "rooms" across the Internet.
Awesome conversation with Daniel - definitely worth your time!

“The Daily” is always essential listening,
IMHO, but especially so today. This episode is like a free half-hour of qualitative research that gives marketers in a host of industries (retail, financial services, health care, home-building) a primer on the psychology of a crucial demographic cohort: Peak Millennials. #mrx
This was my personal FB post today:
When you were at MSG to see #BillyJoel 's 100th show live, make the CBS broadcast, then watch CBS News cut off the #pianoman during "Piano Man" and create this TV generation's version of the "Heidi Bowl," what a way to "start the fire" and be a part of music & TV history! 🎹👨🦱🎤 #surreal
Now, let's talk #business. CBS, you done screwed up. This is what you did right. #Marketing - You promoted the show for 3 weeks. People were hooked and ready. #CaptiveAudience - It wasn't streamed so you had to watch this if you wanted to see it. #Demographics - You placed it in the right TV line-up Sunday spot for the right audience (post Masters, post 60 Minutes). People stayed up to watch the "Piano Man." For most, staying up until 11pm is asking a lot especially when Monday comes early.
Here's where you went off course. #Leadership - When someone in programming realized how late the Masters was running, the call should have been made to "interrupt the previously scheduled programming for this special event." But you chose a new show "Tracker" over an old faithful. I understand that you have a vested interest in your new show and it's success. Also, you rightfully assumed that most of this #targetmarket audience might just stay on CBS until Billy Joel started. After all, it was golf, then news, then new 1 hr show, then Billy Joel. Why bother a changing the channel?
So, you kept a bunch of us 50+ year olds up past our Sunday night bedtimes. That's ok too. We chose to stay up with you. You still had us. It was your #followthrough that you get an F as in "You have got to be F#$KING kidding me when you turned off the show, turned off Billy Joel, turned off the Piano Man, AT IT'S PEAK, during "Piano Man" for the local news! At least, you made 2024 "Heidi Bowl" TV history with us as most of us either remember the game live or hearing our parents tell the story enough times to feel like we watched it live.
#Decision - CBS, I'll still watch you as my soaps are on your channel and you have football. I also had the privilege of being at this show. I have my memories and videos to remember. But this was my first, and probably last time, to see him live. If this TV production was my only time to see him, the experience was, at best, incomplete; at worse, unforgettable.
#Resolution - CBS apologize and re-air the show in its entirety and without commercials. Mistakes were made. I don't believe you meant this to happen. You were trying to keep a schedule that was already behind. I don't believe you realized how much of a #customerservice debacle this was. Cutting off the Piano Man, as EVERYONE watching live on TV was singing at full voice to "Piano Man" was disrespectful.
#Lesson - In #life or business, mistakes happen. Own it. Fix it. Make it right. You will be forgiven.
