Early detection is key! 🗣️ Mental health matters: Normalise discussions about mental health. It’s okay to seek help and talk about feelings. Sharing stories and support can make a huge difference. 🏃♂️ Stay Active: Physical activity isn’t just for the body—it’s great for the mind too. Whether it’s a daily walk, a gym session, or a new sport, staying active is essential. 🥗 Healthy Eating: Nutrition plays a vital role in overall health. Balanced meals with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins can boost energy levels and mood. 🛌 Rest and Relaxation: Don’t underestimate the power of good sleep and downtime.
