Head of Staffing: Ensuring the right people get to your team 🔶

Does it really matter where a Recruiter is located? 🌎 I would argue that what really matters is whether they understand what they are doing 🤔 Let me share an example: A person grew up in Boston, MA and lived there half of his life, then they wanted some fun and moved to NYC. Of course there are people, with whom they spent time together, at bars, networking events, etc. But would it be enough to have such a network to cover enterprise recruiting needs? Barely Modern organizations want to have people in California, Texas and Mid-Atlantic; modern organizations have 50-200-1000 vacancies, where numerous people are interviewed and assessed. You can fill one role out of your network, but you can't fill 10-15 roles per month this way. So do you really want your Sourcer to be in NYC? I doubt it, unless they have exceptional digital research skills and can find twice as many candidates compared to someone in a less pricey region. Now, imagine your favorite Recruiter, who understands the market, how to find & connect with people and who moved to France, potentially LOWERING the cost of service and NOT compromising on quality 🙌 Wouldn't this be ideal for you?
