One of the most important aspects of a successful business is putting people first. As someone who had the privilege of working under Angela Ahrendts' leadership during the Apple Retail revamp in 2015, I can attest to the power of a human-first culture. Focusing on our people not only exceeded expectations, but it also created a sense of belonging, security, and growth potential that is vital to feeling fulfilled at work. It's unfortunate that not all companies prioritize their people, but we can all learn from Angela's successful business model.
