Today I read this article about team-building activities for work, and I thought it was pretty interesting https://lnkd.in/g_XVsE_d. It talks about the importance of creating activities that promote teamwork and communication among coworkers, activities we often find in every company, right? But what caught my attention were the things to avoid when planning these activities. For instance, they mentioned that forcing participation can actually backfire, which I didn't think about before. And competitive activities might actually divide the team instead of bringing them together, which is the opposite of what you want. Plus, they highlighted the importance of being mindful of everyone's boundaries, especially when it comes to physical activities.
