Are you celebrating Valentines Day? Do you have a special "Valentine"? If you have - great! If not, how do you feel about Valentines Day? Me and my other half don't celebrate Valentines Day. Firstly because we don't feel the need to - even after 20 years but secondly because it is my birthday the day after Valentines and also simply because I don't care about flowers and cards. Let me know in the chat how you feel about Valentines and, most importantly, how you are celebrating Valentines Day 2024. #ValentinesDay #Relationships #Love #LearnwithKat

Today, as I celebrate my 9th wedding anniversary with Vandna Sharma, I want to take this opportunity to reflect on the countless valuable lessons I have learned over the course of the past 9 years. One of the most profound learnings is that to facilitate personal growth which requires changes in life, you need a constant. In my personal opinion, there is no greater source of constancy and stability in today's rapidly evolving world than one's life partner. While our parents and well-wishers provide constancy and support, parents may not fully understand the unique challenges we face in the modern era (things have changed a lot) and well-wishers don't have all the information that are required to make day-to-day decisions. On the other hand, our life partners truly understand who we are. They have been with us through thick and thin, intimately familiar with our reactions and emotions during distress. They see beyond our facade, perceiving our authentic selves even when we can't or won't reveal it. This is their extraordinary superpower. However, perhaps the most valuable contribution that our life partners make is their unwavering commitment to providing us with honest and sometimes brutally frank feedback. If we have an open mind and a willingness to grow, accept their feedback 😀 By the way, I'm continually amazed at how she keeps up with me! #WhatILearnedToday #LifeLessons #Partnership #GrowthMindset

Brand Strategist | Logo design | Website design I Squarespace expert | Taking businesses on a brand journey to help them tell their story and attract their ideal client | Business mentor - with 24 years experience |
My nan is celebrating 99 years young today! 🎂 We're four generations strong, and the anticipation for that royal birthday card in a year is making her very excited! 👑 As we celebrate it got me thinking about the valuable lessons I've learnt from her over the years. One thing in particular - telling a story! She has told many stories from her days in the land army to being a farmers wife on the Devonshire farm. Reflecting on this, stories are important in our businesses too! They create an emotional connection between your brand and your audience. When people can relate to a story, they are more likely to connect with your brand on a personal level. Emotions drive consumer behaviour, and stories are a powerful way to evoke emotions, build trust and feel more connected. I'm embarking on a journey to add another chapter to my personal story this year. We're on a mission to connect with my nan 100 times this year—sharing stories, laughter, and creating memories. If you have any ideas for our '100 things' list, feel free to share! How do you weave your unique story into your business? #Accountability #Milestone #Generations #story #branding #businessbranding

I am a Passionate Social Media Manager dedicated to transforming digital landscapes and amplifying brand narratives. An expert in content creation, strategy and driving engagement. Let's elevate your online presence
Happy Valentines (Week)! Spread the Love Beyond the Heart, Social Media Managers. While red hearts and chocolates dominate the conversation, let's remember that Valentines week isn't just about romantic love. It's a celebration of all kinds of love and connection, from colleagues to clients, and even to ourselves. As social media managers, we wear many hats; content creators, community builders, brand strategists, and sometimes, even therapists. This week, let's use our platforms to: 1.Show appreciation for your team: Highlight a team member's success story, share their expertise, or simply say "thank you" for their hard work. 2.Celebrate client partnerships: Post a co-created piece of content, recognize shared achievements, or simply express gratitude for their collaboration. 3.Nurture your community: Host a Q&A session, spark a positive conversation, or share resources that uplift and inspire your audience. 4.Love yourself first: Set healthy boundaries, schedule some self-care time, and don't forget to celebrate your own accomplishments. Remember, genuine connection and appreciation go a long way, especially in the digital world. So this week, spread the love in all its forms, and see how it resonates with your audience. P.S. Share your favorite ways to celebrate Valentines week (beyond the romance) in the comments below. P.P.S. My name is Caroline Mulei a Social Media Manager and SEO Expert, I create content and strategy for brands, businesses, organizations and individuals. Posting and community engagement is where my expertise converts your followers into leads then to customers. Celebrating each step is key! What can you celebrate in your journey today? Let me know in the comments! Sandy is celebrating with a little treat each time she gets past a challenging part and keeps going. It is so motivating to her, and you can see her speed up near the end. What can you do to celebrate each effort. Each decision to do some self care. Each decision to work toward your goal? Share your ideas? I find just taking a moment to recognize it, think about it, and maybe say something outloud is very powerful. It may sound simple, but most of the time we don't acknowledge the little steps in our own heads. So just do that, its life changing. And then express it to another if you'd like. People love hearing positive things! If you hit a milestone, maybe you could celebrate by getting to do something you love, go on an extra walk, or go to the zoo. Or it could be a small purchase like a new song for $1.29. Any other ideas? Sandy is partial to a piece of dehydrated meat (which she got in this video!), or food of any kind! (also belly rubs)
