For whole day the system will day "executive out for delivery" & right before closure of business hour it says "premises closed" or "couldn't reach customer" This Cat & mouse game is played for few days before closing the ticket blaming customer. Have some shame #shamelessbluedart, you are as fungible as probably BlackBerry or Nokia who thought they will never perish. if this is your attitude then bid this business good bye n cede space to Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. After two enriching stints and over five transformative years, I’m officially closing my Fynd (Shopsense Retail Technologies Ltd.) chapter and stepping into the next adventure! 🚀 What started as a 0-1 journey with Fynd's B2B offering evolved into a journey across growth strategies, omnichannel solutions, and many moments that taught me the art of "ASAP." Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best people Harsh Shah, Ronak Modi, Sriram Ramakrishnan, Mayur Acharya, KUNAL KUMAR, Nayan Lathiya, Yazdan Irani, Shreya Seerehalli, Soumya sinha, Dhruv Sharma that stretched my capabilities, and assisted me in building solutions that drove value at scale. I would also love to take this opportunity to thank key customer points of contact who went on to become great partners & friends. Minutes" keyword itself is a term an ocean of clause(s) Quality VS Quantity : When they are offering services in "minutes", there can be either quality or service within minutes, although not valid in every situation, but yes, considering bulk orders this will be quality VS Quantity w.r. t "Minutes". Demographic Analysis consideration : a city where they want to introduce this application has more sophisticated scenarios for eg suppose there is a city with all type of clutter like Urban, dense urban, rural, semi urban , semi rural, so it is obvious that their main target will be dense urban, urban, suppose if the target is dense, urban (where purchase/order can be probably more), then there could be other challenges as well like transport medium(if roads are proper etc.) And talking about Bengaluru where road transport is a big big challenge, then the concept of "minutes" can be difficult(not impossible though). Cost of living index / demographic region: In a city like bengaluru most crowd living in urban/sub urban/dense urban have higher cost if living index as compared to other cities or rural areas, however along with this comes a hurdle of delivering huge / bulky orders in "minutes", to conclude, Flipkart (or any other competitor ) might have calculated this well. Maintaining sync and proper professional relationship with Delivery boys: this is much needed stuff to take the business forward, if ur delivery boys are not contented may be due to some or the other reason, then they may in grudge or frustation can perform such actions during delivery that no customer would like to experience( we all have seen many such incidence in oast with different such platforms) To conclude, making fancy, attractive, witty ads are not the only thing to take the business forward, a lot or(all depends ) on how well one has researched prior starting such platform!🤟🏾✌🏾 Thoughts?
