I’ve even been a part of that when I’ve been asked to run a one-off workshop, which while it can help those who are ready for change, isn't always effective in creating a long-term culture shift. One workshop can’t solve all the problems on its own. That’s why I now take a leadership-focused approach, starting with the top to create a culture that really supports people’s wellbeing and drives performance.
