Narcoterrorism is alive and well south the the United States’ border. The questions for us to ponder are: 1) When, not if, will this start happening here and at what scale? 2) Are we prepared for these acts of narcoterrorism? 3) What will our level of response be (half measures that are good for talking points and optics but are not effective or a full scale comprehensive plan)? 4) Will the United States consider these acts of narcoterrorism by forgiven hostiles a Law Enforcement or a military matter? These are the hard questions that politicians, Law Enforcement Leaders, and Military Leaders must be asking themselves about this real threat.
