When they succeed, the learning process becomes a lived and a living experience. Its understood on a deeper level. There are so many positive outcomes to this: - the learning is empowering to the student = feel good experience and confidence to do more = empowering - the learning is liberating to the teacher = a leader creating a new leader = liberating and empowering to teach more or freeing up of time to focus on other things (vision, strategy etc) - the learning is inspiring to others = being part of a winning team, inspiring to achieve more, be more and do more Letting go is a movement of energy forward somehow for greater good. Letting go is about building a stronger foundation. So, let's go and let go!
