This is refreshing to see a company that has a healthy culture. If you think the culture of your company shouldn’t be your number one priority, you may need to take a look in the mirror and ask yourself why are you in business? If your answer is, it’s just for the money and there’s nothing in it for your employees. Then you’re stifling your business potential. A business with happy and has motivated employees will go 10 times further than any other company where the employees are unhappy, and unappreciated. Building a business without a healthy culture is like building a house on a foundation of sand. It may not collapse today, but one day it will.
How do you sell your company culture without being boring? Check out this whacky ad… Rather than hiring actors, Luke Abbott got his employees to star in the ad. But does the ad work? Yes! When Luke put out a job ad for an operations manager, he found an A player in no time. The guy immediately applied, as he had seen the ad and the other posts about his company's culture, and wanted to be part of the team. Great job buddy!
