Viva la difference! Far too often I see in the media (and hear it and read it...) - how THIS group is "too" that, and THAT person "too" this. Compared to what? Last Sunday afternoon I got together with a few friends - Ed Henderson and Kenn Savvas - to form an accountability group We’re doing this as part of Next Chapter's Junto system - a structured system of vulnerability and accountability. The core reason for doing this was to elevate the intentionality of our lives for 2024 and focus on building better habits. We were lucky to be hosted in our fancy office at the huts of Bronte Beach 🌊 Some of the key questions we asked ourselves in the first session included: 1. What is your life vision?  2. What are your 2024 goals? 3. What are the boat anchors holding you back?  4. What do you want to be held accountable for? After the initial sessions, these then flow into weekly updates and quarterly in-person review sessions. I truely think a group like this will be an unlock for this year. It builds a system of public accountability and creates a positive environmental shift to build habits. 'Discipline is overpriced. What a week it's been, part of what a month. Networking with old and new contacts and celebrating the outstanding launch of a dear friend's business, surrounded by an amazing crowd – It's been buzzing with positivity and inspiration. Working with my coaching clients has been an absolute joy, witnessing their progress and embracing their positivity has been so rewarding. And the professional wins – getting that R&D information sorted and delivering so that the professor of R&D Terry Cheesman and his amazing team create a computation report that I know will knock the clients socks off. What's next? March is packed to the brim, and I'm ready to dive headfirst into whatever comes my way. There's a certain thrill in the air now thank goodness, after a long winter spring in the air is creating a lot of positivity. isn't there?
