The Neurodiversity Index 2024 has been launched today! This important collaboration between Prof. Amanda Kirby and City & Guilds helps to show us what is really happening in our workplaces and this is the first time we have trend data. You can read the full report in Prof Kirby's post below, but here are some snapshots, good and not so good: 😔 The % of who have disclosed their condition in the workplace with an OK or good response has decreased from 58% to 42%. 🙂The % of employers that have adapted their recruitment processes to accommodate neurodivergent individuals has increase from 47% to 52%. The report has much more insight and it is clear that we have made some progress, but still have work to do.
