Actually, you should let your failures define you. The incredible Tyshaia was kind enough to tag me in this poignant reminder. So I'm sharing a *slightly* different perspective. ❌ I think you should be defined by your failures, your failures are what have transformed you into the individual that you are today. ❌ Your failures are what led you to success and will continue leading you there. Finding your purpose gives you clear clarity! Makes your life so much easier 🚀

Vision is so key. A core descision making framework I picked up from Dan Hood is to be super clear on your mission, vision and end goal. So that when opportunities or tough decisions come up you’re able to ask yourself: ‘Does this move me closer to my end goal. Yes or no?’ Yes, cool let’s do it. No? Don’t touch it move on. A recent example was the decision to bring on contractors. Does this suppory end goal of operating a large media agency? Yes, it will teach me management and is a logical stepping stone to full time employees. Does this help me provide more value to clients? Yes, I’m able to get specialised talent and new skills sets, and spend more time doing what I’m good at.

Gymsharks website launch failed miserably 7 times. Their app also failed 4 times. The only reason Gymshark is where it is today is because of the failures that required a pivot. Failure is required to go anywhere worth going. When we perceive failure as redirection and remove the emotion associated, we understand things had to happen the way they did to move forwards. → The same goes for any business.  → The same goes for your career.  → The same goes for relationships. Allow moments of failure to actually be moments of redirection.

We love the opportunity to delve into character-driven narratives, much like Lululemon’s approach, where we focus on showcasing individual lives rather than just selling a product. Our creative journey with Mobil 1 began with several intensive brainstorming sessions. We were inspired by the diverse characters who rely on Mobil 1, including a daring car racer, DongJun Han, and an agile parkour athlete, YunPeng Zhang. Our campaign aimed to go beyond just highlighting product features; it was about using their stories to tell the value Mobil 1 is about to deliver. Every detail of the production was meticulously planned. For DongJun Han, we captured the adrenaline and precision of high-speed racing, highlighting how Mobil 1 keeps engines running smoothly even under extreme conditions. For YunPeng Zhang, we showcased the fluidity and reliability needed to navigate urban landscapes, drawing a parallel to how Mobil 1 ensures peak performance in any environment. From capturing the perfect lighting and camera angles to selecting wardrobe and props that complemented each story, we ensured that each element contributed to the overall narrative. Our dedication to detail and authenticity paid off, resulting in a series of visually stunning advertisements that perfectly capture the essence of Mobil 1.
