Our zero to one on learning experience is done. We are going 10X from 2023 in terms of number of learning programs, depth and truly transform our members across product building, distribution, leadership & business strategy.
As a learning experience designer, get to impact the lives of top growth leaders in the country by truly transforming their core skillsets. LX Designers do this by building new learning programs from scratch & evolving existing programs.

Strong ability to research any topic/ problem solving.
As a designer, you will work with some of the marquee leaders who are experts at product building, marketing, business strategy, leadership and org design. This means you will need to do a lot of research to design curriculum for learning programs, building conviction by speaking to more subject matter experts and primary/ secondary research.
Storytelling & Copy writing.
As a designer you will write learning content. This could be in the form of learning resources, slides, templates, assignment designs & even communicating with learners in a specific learning program. Excellent writing skills to dumb down any complex concept and by using examples from the real world. You should have a core skillset of how to storytell complex concepts.
People skills & presence on live experiences.
You will work a lot across functionally in this role, with the creative studio team, engineering, marketing and of course with faculty (program directors who teach at GrowthX). You need to be an extroverted person, period. You will be driving a lot of things including co-hosting live learning experiences.
[Non-negotiable] You thrive on making people learn & transform their lives. This is critical for you to find true joy and compound as an LX Designer.
[Major plus] You have worked in a startup & empathize with growth problems that founders, marketers, product managers & other business functions face.
