Restoring one's presence in the present moment, by focusing attention and intention on the process of inhaling and exhaling, allow to naturally stop the illusory performing functionalities of the hypnonic programming of the mental mind, not reconnected to reality. multidimensional of the plane of the vibratory Heart of the living being. Allow to dissipate the mental load generated by artificial, involutive and polluting information flow models at the heart of the energetic and vital principles of life. A mental load forged by the operations and treatments learned and repeated from the forme genesis of the world of the worlds, from the physical and subtle stimulation and hyperactivity of the voice of the wounded ego, nursed since its earliest embryonic childhood with fears conscious and unconscious of all form and nature. 😁

This is because when you breathe deeply, it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax. The brain then sends this message to your body. Those things that happen when you are stressed, such as increased heart rate, fast breathing, and high blood pressure, all decrease as you breathe deeply to relax.

I was just wondering if those exercises have been looked into for ways to help autistic teens and older. Just a thought 🤔

The effort to restore a normal breathing routine reflects that one is making a voluntary conscious effort to overcome the inciting provoking stimulus. Furthermore, blood gases (oxygen, carbon dioxide) are being monitored. JMcM
