Companies can’t afford to address their employees’ cognitive capacities — their focus, time management, and critical-thinking skills — while ignoring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
An employee's cognitive capacities go hand-in-hand with their aggregated wellness. Want top-notch corporate athletes (Olympic Dream Team level)? You need to know and fully invest in training, motivation, and a high level of inspiration. You need to know your people and care about them to do this.
