When someone new joins the team, always try to be a helping hand and support them. Teach them, guide them, and stand by their side because we all go through transitional phases in our careers. We take New Year Resolutions, I thought of starting a little early! With my little experience over the last few years, I have gathered a lot of learnings which I find useful in my daily life. I thought taking a different approach of sharing this via video instead of posts.
