You get a lot of creative liberty for your job. Here we can really collaborate and work together. There is no there are no ego issues as such the freedom, the creative freedom which we get is the USP of health card. It's really good to be a part of educating rather HK family like we are given with the flexible work hours. Go ahead with that. Last year has launched a fitness resolution contest and I was one of them who received a good voucher and hampers from the Hellcat Commission. So currently I'm sitting right in front of you at 82 KGS. But when I joined Health Card, I was around 110 KGS or 112. So that was a boon to all the employees of Health Card. They inspired me every day to, you know, become the best version of myself.
HealthKart ,what is wrong with you guys? I placed a prepaid order worth over 9k using your app, which was expected to be delivered on the 5th of June. It's been almost 10 days since I placed my order, and I haven't received any updates either from you or the courier partner. So, I decided to cancel my order as it was delayed on your end. Every time I connect to your agents for cancellation, they tell me, "Sir, we have initiated the cancellation, and the order will be canceled in 48 hours, and you will get the refund." But this is not happening. Every time I connect again, they ask me to wait for 48 hours and do not even reply properly.
I know this is not the correct platform to raise a concern, but you have the worst customer care. I cannot connect to an executive on the phone. If I choose to chat with an agent, they do not reply promptly (I have to wait around 5 minutes after each message to get a reply). This is the reason I have to connect over a social media post.
I have a premium membership account, and this is what premium members have to go through. You have lost one loyal customer.
