🌟 Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to co-host a C-Level Luncheon with IDC, bringing together digital transformation leaders to discuss the future of technology and its impact on businesses. At the heart of the conversation were two important questions: How can we better equip organisations for the digital age? And what steps can we take today to build the infrastructure of tomorrow? Simon Piff, Research VP at IDC Asia Pacific, shared valuable insights into the rapidly evolving market landscape, while Kit Yong Tan, Head of Enterprise Business Group, spoke about StarHub's vision for a “Modern Digital Infrastructure Enabled by Ubiquitous Networks.” 🌐 But it’s more than just tech. It’s about helping businesses stay agile in a world where real-time data, quantum-safe communications, and AI are no longer the future, but the present. Kit also shared real-life examples of how StarHub is partnering with enterprises to solve real problems - solutions designed to empower teams, increase efficiency, and ultimately help businesses thrive. 💡 Our purpose is clear: to be a trusted partner in this journey, giving organisations the tools they need to innovate, scale, and stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Together, we are not just driving digital transformation - we're building a future-ready world, one that benefits people, businesses, and communities. Excited for what’s next as we continue to transform, collaborate, and innovate together! 🚀 #StarHub #StarHubLeadership #DigitalTransformation #InnovationWithPurpose #HumanCenteredTech

In today’s fast-evolving digital landscape, 90% of enterprises in Singapore have embraced at least one new digital technology to stay ahead. As businesses continue to innovate, reliable network connectivity has become the backbone that enables this transformation.   Recognising this need, we have introduced the StarHub Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited Plans, Singapore’s first bandwidth-based mobile plans. These plans are designed to help businesses stay connected and operational, with seamless 5G connectivity supporting essential functions like real-time analytics and high-resolution video surveillance around the clock.   What makes these plans stand out is their flexibility and sustainability. With no need for extensive infrastructure or cable trenching, businesses can easily deploy the solution, reducing both installation time and environmental impact. Whether you’re a small enterprise or a large corporation, the plans - Lite, Plus, and Max - offer unlimited data at a predictable, fixed cost, so you can focus on what matters without worrying about excess data charges.   We believe technology should empower businesses without complications. “I’m grateful to StarHub for the learning opportunities that keep me up to date with forerunner technologies, which enable me to thrive in today’s competitive digital space.” Getting to collaborate with cross-functional teams is one of Janice Chew's favourite parts of being an Integration Specialist at StarHub. It’s all about working with and learning from different people, sharing ideas and solving problems together to ensure that our internal software and applications all run seamlessly. With efficient and integrated systems, StarHubbers perform their tasks more effectively and serve their stakeholders better. While being in a fast-paced, dynamic environment can be demanding, Janice finds that it’s also highly rewarding. She continuously steps out of her comfort zone, tackling issues head-on to drive performance improvements, and takes great satisfaction in the personal growth that comes with overcoming obstacles. For StarHub, investing in its people brings mutual success. By providing a healthy environment for learning through hands-on experience, formal training and collaborating with internal and external partners, StarHubbers like Janice can advance their skills and capabilities with confidence and flexibility. #HubberSpotlight #LifeAtStarHub #EverydayStarHubbers #PeopleAtTheCore

A culture of trust is key. 🤝 This was the theme at the first day of GovWare 2024 on Tuesday, as StarHub's Chief Technology Officer Ayush Sharma and Chief Information Security Officer Chuan Wei Hoo took the stage to speak to cybersecurity professionals from across the globe.🌍 Ayush spoke about "Securing Smart Nation: Network Resilience for an Interconnected World", giving a macro-level perspective on how cybersecurity should be incorporated into multiple layers of an organisation. He emphasised that on top of building resilient networks 💪 to protect critical infrastructure, resiliency should be baked into all levels of an organisation from the start, beyond the tech stack, going into layers such as management as well as culture.💭 Chuan Wei served as the moderator for a panel discussion on "Organisational Cybersecurity Culture - The Role of Leadership and Management", which included Ayush Batra, Field Chief Technology Officer-APJ of Intel Corporation, Jon Durkos, Senior Manager, Security Advocacy, Chief Security Office at Lenovo, Damian L., Global Chief Information Officer at Seaco, and Dr MeiHui T., President, Cybersecurity Chapter at Singapore Computer Society. The cybersecurity thought leaders tapped into their various experiences to answer tough questions beyond the responsibilities of a CISO, such as their ideal cybersecurity team size, the minimum functions their departments should take charge of, as well as whether they think a CISO should be more of a business person or a technical professional 🤔. With many viewpoints and pointers shared, the panel agreed that security🔐 should be a core principle, and that culture plays a big role. #GovWare2024 #StarHubLeadership #DARE+ #CyberSecurity #Culture
