Shoutout to the Pitt Dental students for creating a fun, positive atmosphere around dental health for our HEARTH kiddos! 🦷✨ Through interactive workshops and activities, the kids learned about brushing and taking care of their teeth, while associating dental health with smiles and positivity. Thank you for helping build healthy habits with a dose of fun! 😁 #PositiveSmiles #DentalHealth #HEARTH #BuildingBrightFutures #ASafePlaceMatters

One of our families shared: 'Though you may be going through the aftermath of one of the worst seasons in your life, you are not alone. Our children get along well and are always happy to see each other.' ❤️ At HEARTH, we provide a safe space and a strong sense of community for families rebuilding their lives. You can help us make their new beginnings even brighter! This morning, the HEARTH team participated in Homeless Children's Education Fund's You Can Stand Up demonstration, marking the start of Homeless Children’s Awareness Month. We stood in silence to honor the children in Allegheny County experiencing homelessness. Each minute in silence symbolized the children who face housing instability, reminding us of the critical work HCEF is doing to provide education and support. We stand alongside HCEF in their mission to create brighter futures for the children in our community. Join us this month as we raise awareness and work towards all children experiencing stability and safety. ❤ #HomelessChildrensAwarenessMonth #YouCanStandUp #HEARTH #SupportKids #ASafePlaceMatters

We'd like to thank The Pittsburgh Foundation for including HEARTH in their annual New Philanthropic Leaders' Pitch-In Party! We're honored to have been able to participate alongside the incredible missions of Naomi's Place and SisTers PGH. Congratulations to our CEO, Christy Pietryga, for sharing the story of our mission and families at HEARTH and thank you to our Board who contributed to such a fantastic evening!
Thank you to everyone who attended our annual New Philanthropic Leaders' Pitch-In Party last Thursday at the Energy Innovation Center in Uptown Pittsburgh. This year’s cohort chose to focus on small and midsize nonprofits in the Pittsburgh region that provide transitional housing opportunities for women of color and their families and we were thrilled to welcome HEARTH - North Hills Affordable Housing CEO Christy Pietryga, Naomi's Place President and CEO Dr. Regina Holley and SisTers PGH Founder and Executive Director Ciora Thomas to introduce their nonprofit organizations. $38,000 of pooled funding went to the three nonprofits from the cohort, and an additional $1,500 was distributed to the trio from the event and additional donations at the party. Congratulations to everyone on another terrific event. (Photos by Lamar Davis.)

Thank you for joining us! We really appreciate your support of our mission and families at HEARTH!
Hats off to Hearth ! Great night raising funds for Hearth ! Enjoyed great wine, appetizers, music and new friends! The PPG Wintergarden was a great venue but the best part of the night was hearing from a Hearth recipient, her story is why we support organizations like HearthPGH. Bank local, we put Pittsburgh communities first #BrentwoodBank

We want to share a huge thank you to Reagle Construction for their incredible generosity in donating a fence to HEARTH! 🛠️ This fence is more than just a barrier—it's a safeguard for the kids in our community who now have extra protection while playing outside. Your kindness has truly made a difference, helping keep the little ones safe and giving us peace of mind. We’re so grateful to Reagle Construction for supporting HEARTH in such a meaningful way! ❤️ #ThankYou #CommunitySupport #ASafePlaceMatters #HEARTH #ReagleConstruction
