As a nonprofit L&D consultant, I've thought a lot about what I want to bring to my clients. Not just good training or a strong foundation for leadership development. But deeper impact. When people attend a training I designed, I want them to leave with new skills, but also... 🫶🏽 new relationships 💙 a renewed connection to the mission 🤩 and a stronger sense of belonging in the organization. To do this, I have to focus on the whole person, their well-being, their role in the organization, and the experiences and expertise they bring with them. And I see so much alignment between the work I do and the organizational culture you want to create. Not as a "culture training."
