Speaking in a room of 75 ambitious women last month where I hosted the Femmefluence FORUM, I was gratefully given lots of feedback on what resonated the most. But the one that I keep hearing really STUCK is this: “You don’t have to learn more. You have to BE more.” Since hosting that event, we’ve invited 68 women into my new private equity club for women, called Femmefluence INSIDER. This is not your average membership, where you get a lot of content, some community and a monthly bill you question whether or not is worth keeping. This isn’t that AT ALL. Yes, you need to create content so that your ideal customers see the value you offer to them…but you don’t need to be on every platform, or create complex funnels, or decide between paying for ads or getting a new team member to help you get organized. You need direction. You need clarity. You need access. You need the truth. You need introductions. You need qualified mentorship. You need to create revenue without creating something new every single time (that’s exhausting and not sustainable). You need a group of other people who really have your back, and have it for the long haul. In Femmefluence INSIDER, I’ve architected the most ideal forum where you get what you need, not what distracts and overwhelms you. We help you grow your revenue, of course. With over 34 years in the AEC industry, Babette's expertise is unparalleled. As the former chairwoman of the city's Planning Commission and a champion for public/private partnerships, she's a force to be reckoned with.
