🌟 Excitement is building as we approach HAFIS' second milestone! Mid-Term presentations are just around the corner, and we're eagerly anticipating the showcases from our teams who've poured their hearts into their projects over the past 5 months. What's been happening during this exciting journey? Committed doctoral candidates from Helmholtz Centers FZJ, HZDR, GSI, and KIT embarked on a 9-month mission to uncover the impact of their research. They formed teams, delved into the potential of their research, and navigated the necessary steps to set their projects in motion. Between the kickoff in November and our Mid-Term presentations we have been having monthly HAFIS Power Ups to provide invaluable guidance on "Understanding the problem," "Team Formation," and "Prototyping," complementing the daily activities in institutes, labs, conferences, and research. We're already deeply impressed by the motivation of each individual, their perseverance despite additional tasks, and their composure in tackling diverse challenges. We're looking forward to the upcoming presentations, anticipating inspiring talks, intense work sessions, and fruitful discussions at the Mid-Term. So, how do you balance various tasks? What coping mechanisms keep you sane and motivated? Share your strategies in the comments below! Let's learn and grow together. 🚀 #HAFIS #ResearchImpact #Teamwork #Motivation #BalancingAct #innovation #transfer #helmholtz #helmholtztransferacademies #htahafis #intrapreneurship
