Floresville (and the region) is Flourishing with a Booming Economy!   The City Of Floresville and the FLORESVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION successfully hosted the first Floresville Regional Economic Development Forum at the Floresville Event Center.   Congrats to Ernie Gonzalez, Jr., President & CEO, EMC Strategy Group, LLC for setting and achieving this goal!    This event brought together leaders from state, federal, and various organizations committed to economic development and job creation. Including Alex Meade, Commissioner of the Texas Transportation Commission, Terry Zrubek, Deputy Executive Director of Office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott Economic Development & Tourism, and Aaron Demerson, President & CEO of the Texas Economic Development Corporation, as the featured speakers.    The forum highlighted numerous economic development tools available to cities and counties, emphasizing the importance of leveraging both public and private sector resources. This collaborative effort aimed to support job creation, business recruitment and retention, and overall economic growth and prosperity for our communities.   We look forward to continuing this momentum and building on the foundations laid at this forum.    The mantra for the region: “Together, we can achieve sustained economic growth and prosperity for all."
