Not every company can be Gong Outside of Lamanna and JC, these 2 companies represent a lot of the people I see on LinkedIn making waves. In all seriousness, this is my favorite partnership I've ever seen on LinkedIn JR Butler is a great guy. First words out of his mouth when I DMed him that I liked his content - "how can I help" And what better group of people to support than transitioning athletes and veterans? Dylan Rheault seems like a genuine guy and is always sharing other people's wins. We all grow together 🚀 One of the realest people on this platform, CT Falk told me to check out the work that Apex Revenue was doing. Said months ago that they were going to change the game 🔥 They only hire in person so it wasn't in alignment at the time, but I followed Justin Middleton and have seen them take off. Then more and more people started popping up. Added CEO Joey Gilkey off a comment he made about being holistic without even realizing he was with Apex. Ryan Reisert, Josh Braun, and Morgan Ingram were the first 3 LinkedIn influencers I knew of before I was even active on LinkedIn. So when I saw Ryan was involved, I knew it was legit Thomas W. Theisen, Charles Needham, and Scott Manea are 3 dope people I've connected with on this platform as well Scott actually joined my fantasy baseball league and is a great dude PS - Please help me out and peer pressure him to post so he can feel the power of this platform 💪 #shift #allgasnobrakes #apexrevenue #sports #military #veteran #gamer #apexNOTfortnite #videogames

Worked with the Shift Group to find one of the most legit reps I've seen in a while. Going to be a great asset to an already strong team. Welcome to the team Keith Winfrey.

Be part of team means we need to make efforts for the team... Be part of team means we need to make sacrifices for the team... Be part of a team means we are one part of a all... Be part of a team means to belong to a collective... Be part of a team means we lose together... Be part of a team means we win together... Today I want to celebrate a win in a team were have made efforts and sacrifices. were we lost many times and now we win. It's in this moments were we grow as team members no matter what's our role in the team.

What can you give your team this year? I would argue that one of the biggest gifts that you can give your team is a clear and compelling purpose to accomplish. What are your thoughts? How do you make sure your purpose is defined well?

Studies show that 23% of startups fail due to issues with their team composition or dynamics. Poor leadership and lack of collaboration are significant factors, with 86% of executives citing insufficient collaboration as a reason for company failures. Venture capitalists recognize the importance of human capital, with 95% considering founders as a crucial factor in investment decisions. Interestingly, 25% of startups fail because they didn’t hire the right team. Teams with high experience but low passion and shared vision tend to underperform, highlighting that skills alone aren’t enough. I used my experience from elite military teams to build SkyFi’s team. Drawing on the rigorous selection processes used in top-tier military units, I implemented a version of trait-based hiring approach at SkyFi. This method focuses on identifying key attributes such as adaptability, resilience, and teamwork – qualities that are crucial in both special operations and innovative tech environments. It might sound common sense but I’m sure folks reading this have been part of some shitty teams and I’d argue that the cause was a poor hiring experience. #team #hiring #specialoperations #skyfi #startups
