Here's an example of an OEM not just sitting on their bums and wondering what they can do about the new challenges, but actually reinventing themselves in the eyes of the customer. Well done Ford New Zealand! #automotiveindustry #automotivesales #customerservice

A Lesson from the Track! Hearing about Lewis Hamilton leaving Mercedes for Ferrari really hit home for me. After an incredible 11-year journey, Hamilton's move is a testament to the courage required to leave familiar grounds in pursuit of new challenges and growth. "Mercedes has been part of my life since I was 13 years old... making the decision to leave was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make," echo the sentiments many of us feel when we step out of our comfort zones. Hamilton's journey is a powerful reminder that to reach our full potential, we must get comfortable with being uncomfortable. It's in the unknown that we find room to grow, innovate, and truly flourish. His move is not just a change of teams; it's a statement about pursuing excellence, no matter the uncertainty ahead. I see the value in embracing change, taking calculated risks, and always striving for excellence. It's a philosophy that has guided me through the challenges of entrepreneurship and one that continues to inspire me every day. As we navigate our own careers, let's not settle for the familiar simply because it's comfortable. Let's dare to dream, to push beyond our limits, and to pursue those dreams with the same determination and courage as Hamilton. 🏎 #careergrowth #embracechange

Big. Very big. Joblio is just getting started. We are not your typical staffing solution. We are a modern company that recruits better than ANYONE using modern techniques and soon will disrupt the staffing industry. #modern #staffingsolutions
Joblio 🤝 BMW Group We’re partnering with a world-leading vehicle manufacturer to address the national shortage of automotive technicians. This new pilot program will provide skilled laborers to four BMW dealerships across the Northeast – starting in Bridgewater, N.J. “They’ve tried the traditional job boards and other avenues, and they just haven’t panned out,” says Mark Reimann, U.S. Country Manager & VP of Government Affairs for Joblio. “When we identify specific needs of certain employers, we have the ability to go and fish out of a pond from outside the U.S. that’s untapped. Most don’t know how to get to that pool of people, but Joblio does with its unique ability to reach them where they feel comfortable.”

Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd has hired Pedro Mota to lead the Americas region. I was fortunate to work along side Pedro while at Porsche Cars North America. He is the real deal, very intelligent, a gentleman with a highly developed EQ. Plenty of challenges for this iconic, long suffering brand, including its electrification strategy, transition from ICE (too soon??) and the current distribution strategy (new direction needed?). Previously leadership has been unable to restore the brand to its once proud, revered status in the ultra-luxury segment. We wish new CEO/Chairman Adrian Hallmark (leaving Bentley Motors), Pedro and their team great success in the new roles. Would love to witness a resurgent Aston Martin. The cars have always looked amazing, but function hasn't follow form :) And the KICK-ASS #valhalla should help :) Porsche AG, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, McLaren Automotive Ltd, Jaguar #automotive #automotiveindustry #sales #innovation #ecommerce #branding #ai #ev #electricvehicles #technology #business #leadership #disruptor

Pursuit of Happiness 🚀 This part of my life..this little part..is called “Happiness”… Years ago, I took a pivotal step by joining a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Kedah, fueled by the dream of becoming a certified Mercedes-Benz Product Expert. An offer letter in hand, I envisioned a transformative career ahead. However, the path shifted unexpectedly, placing me in sales rather than the specialization I craved. Despite this deviation, my resolve didn’t falter. I waited patiently for a promotion or training that would steer me back on course. Unfortunately, I eventually realized that my advancement towards certification had been overlooked, a discovery that was both disheartening and eye-opening. This led me to make a tough decision: I left Mercedes-Benz to explore new horizons with Porsche. Yet, this detour only deepened my affinity for the brand that first captured my heart. My allegiance to Mercedes-Benz remained steadfast, and today, I am recharged and ready to chase the dream that has always been mine. As I renew my journey towards becoming a Product Expert / Product Specialist / Product Genius, I am a testament to the power of persistence and the importance of aligning with one’s passion. Here’s to turning challenges into stepping stones and never losing sight of what truly drives us. #dreamchase #mercedesbenzmalaysia #automotivemalaysia #automotivepassion #careerresilience #pursueexcellence #CycleAndCarriage #HapSengStar #AutomotiveCareer #StayDedicated #BMWmalaysia #BMW #opentowork #hireme

"The Journey to Excellence: Todd Hayes, COO of Adams Automotive" In the pursuit of excellence, there are no grand celebrations, no applause, and no accolades. The path to success is a silent one, often devoid of praise or recognition. What we envision success to be and what it truly entails are two distinct realities. It's only after accomplishing significant milestones that others may commend your achievements. However, by then, you'll understand that greatness lies not in the applause but in consistent execution. While many perceive success as extraordinary, it ultimately boils down to a simple choice: doing or not doing. Once you grasp this fundamental truth, you'll cease seeking external approval or encouragement. You'll simply focus on taking action, and that alone is sufficient to define your path to excellence.
