The challenges of providing a place to live for everyone In Europe the affordable housing stock represents around 9% of the total housing stock, and in Spain the same figure stands at 2%. There is no doubt that the supply and demand are imbalanced, and with demand expected to grow by 15% this will require 180,000 new households by year, of which 90% should be concentrated in the main metropolitan areas. On the 25th and 26th of June, the #Spain Real Estate Summit comes to #Madrid, and to debate the #Residential sector evolution and possible #affordability solutions, experts from Orion Capital Managers, Ares Management Corporation, Greystar and AEDAS Homes, will share the stage on the second day of the conference. Besides the challenges of providing more supply, with the moderation of Richard Betts, this roundtable discussion will address what is the demand profile for the different types of housing, and why is public/private partnership still not working effectively. Secure your spot before the May 22nd for an Early Bird fare! ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dG_-9vXU

Have you been observing the trajectory of the US housing market? Did you know it hit almost $50 trillion in December 2021? It's fascinating, but what grabs my attention primarily is the #BostonRealEstate market. Boston might not be experiencing the exorbitant growth seen in West Coast cities, but its consistency stands out. Property values in our lovely city's metro area escalated 75% from 2012 to 2021, hitting around $845 billion. Have you investigated this positive trend? While cities like Seattle and San Francisco grapple with affordability concerns, Boston remains relatively unscathed. It seems the East Coast's gains, though modest compared to the West Coast, hold their own charm. Given this, doesn't Boston property seem prime for investment? #eXpRealty maintains that every market has its unique strengths and challenges. Perhaps it's time to re-evaluate your real estate strategy. Are we overlooking Boston's potential because it's not in the headlines as much? I'd love to dive into this topic more and offer insights resulting from this market trend. Let's enrich our knowledge of the #BostonHome market. Tomorrows trends start today. Consider having a chat with the Turco Group. Learn how you can capitalize on Boston's stalwart real estate market. #TurcoGroup #BostonCondo #MovemetoBoston
