That's a word you've you've heard a lot more the last couple of years, especially during the pandemic when all of the supply chain problems lead time to get stuff was wild. When it does come to reshoring, is that just a buzzword and a hope or is it something that you've actually started to see come into play? It's interesting you see it in policy things like do you take the Inflation Reduction Act, right? And a lot of pieces of that. There's some sort of supply chain workforce, a lot of focus on manufacturing built into that. So we're seeing that when it comes to like funding. Opportunities. There always has to be a workforce development piece and a lot of times it's connected back to these hubs around the country that are specializing in a particular area of technology, which then a lot of the technology right now will be manufacturing based, right? Like it's software supported, but there's physical hardware that is needed to achieve our goals and then clean tech and climate space becomes a big piece of it as well.
