Arvanites, who are known as founders of Modern Greece. : 1. Albanians of Greek Thrace, most of whom had come as a population exchange with the Treaty of Lausanne and were once known as an Albanian national minority. 2. Albanians of Epirus known as Chams and others belonging to the Islamic faith got massacred and persecuted by methods of genocide during 1944-45. Albanians of the Islamic, Sunni, and Bektashi religions in Greece are still resisting under the pressure of assimilation. 3. The three great powers, Russia, Great Britain, and France, provoked the Arvanite Uprising in 1821 for their interests who fought for Greek independence. Without the Great Powers' financial and military support, Greece would have had a completely different fate, perhaps still part of Turkey, due to strife and civil war for power in the first years of independence. 4. Studying the old language of Homer's works, "Iliad" and "Odyssey," they will encounter pure Albanian words. For example, the names of the Gods of Olympus are explained only in Albanian. Plato and Herodotus mentioned in their works that ancient Greeks took over their gods from Pelasgians. The Albanian language (Shqip) directly explains the names of mythology gods such as Zeus– Zë (voice), Nemesi – Nëm (give what is due), Rea–Rea (cloud). It proves that Arvanites have always been in ancient Greece. #Indonordicassociation(dot)org Indo Nordic Strategic Association, India https://lnkd.in/dvnNsS5H
