💡 Closing the gap between academia and industry is one of the main challenges when considering open innovation. Nevertheless, at STARTUP AUTOBAHN powered by Plug and Play we do our best to bring these two worlds onto a more comprehensive path where innovation is synonymous with research. 🔊 There is no doubt how crucial green hydrogen is for our future. Startups are the driving force behind innovation, with over 50 million new startups launching every year! 🌍 This year at the GREENTECH FESTIVAL, we created an exciting opportunity for startups to showcase their innovations in a dedicated Exhibition area: our Startup Land. After an intense selection process, we chose 50 super startups to participate in the event and offered them a FREE exhibition space (including electricity and booth branding). To make things even more fun, I selected three of those startups to give their 30-second elevator pitches. Now, it’s up to you to decide which startup stands out the most! NIU NIU ensures proper recycling and utilization of critical minerals, preventing e-waste from ending up in landfills and supporting the EV and energy transition industries. SIRPLUS: Fighting food waste in Germany by rescuing surplus food and selling it through their online shop. SIRPLUS collaborates with producers and wholesalers to save valuable food and promote sustainable consumption, reducing food waste and contributing to climate protection.
