With the first 90 days of move experience, the end of the peak-of-the-peak moving season, and our future ramp-up to interstate moves, it was a good time to consolidate our gains. We incorporated lessons learned and feedback from service members to make improvements for the future. We are well on the way to transforming the moving experience service members and their families.
This peak season has been full of positive change and evolution for HomeSafe Alliance as we continue to prove our top-notch systems and processes with the help of our tremendous service provider partners. To build on this foundational success, our executive team gathered for a summit last week to focus on the horizon for our company and the industry.
