Before starting with 010 Personeel, I had the incredible opportunity to dive deep into both the "inner workings" of luxurious boutique hotels and massive hotel chains with hundreds of rooms. I had bruises,but I also had no experience, and it took me around 2 days to find my style of working. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧? That this job is incredibly challenging—no doubt about it.
