And breathe. Transport for London announced today that Global has won its flagship London Underground advertising contract for the next 8 years. This was simultaneously the hardest and most rewarding thing I’ve done in my career, with the privilege of being “in the room where it happened” on the day. It took a village of Globallers to do this incredible opportunity justice (shown here outside the London Transport Museum at the second attempt, after a huge storm nearly wiped out Stefano Broli at the first). We were supported by a host of talented and good-humoured partners, to which I can only say thank you. To Landor for the brand identity and midnight oil, BIRD London for injecting creative flair and personality into our commercial and marketing plans, to Linney and How Now Creative for Herculean video production and Katy Fletcher ✨ for her big deck energy at the finish line. We unveil our full plans in Spring 2025 🚀 Now, to the pub 🍻
