We were thrilled to be in New York City for the PE Operating Partners Talent Forum yesterday, hosted by Hunt Scanlon Media! The sessions delved deep into creating value by developing and executing ‘talent playbooks’ to optimize returns. At the Forum, Equilar CEO David Chun moderated an afternoon panel discussion on the partnership between talent leaders and executive search consultants to reshape talent strategies in private equity. Five panelists led the discussion including Rich Herman of ZRG Partners, LLC, Bryan Powell of Insight Partners, Katherine Jenkins of Ares Management Corporation, Leah Scanlan of Oak HC/FT, and Debra Somers of Warburg Pincus LLC.
